The 2013 NPSFMC took place at Southern Vales, after a two year absence. The NPSFMC has always provided an important opportunity to meet with other Public Sector Fleet Managers' to discuss common fleet management issues, and to listen and interact with a range of speakers, who are experts in their field. NPSFMC 2013 allowed attendees to listen to a range of speakers who provided useful insight into the challenges we are facing in these times of change, with the conference topic being 'Fleet Management In Times of Change.'
