Scania’s Road Trip Tales for the Transition to Zero Emission Transport

Scania's presentation will focus on the current battery electric technology and additional safety systems it has employed (or are in the pipeline) to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from diesel to electric powered vehicles for both Freight (local and interstate) and Public Transport whilst keeping our most vulnerable road users safe.

Biography

Julian began his time at Scania in Retail Bus Sales before departing to gain further industry experience in vehicle finance. In returning to Scania he was instrumental in growing the Bus and Engine division, and as a result attained the leadership of the Bus and Engine teams, managing retail and government bus sales as well as leading the Marine and Industrial Engines team.

Julian is passionate about overseeing Scania Australia’s transition to Zero Emission Public Transport and the reduction of the CO2 footprint for the benefit of future generations.
