Kate Kennedy has 16 years’ experience in fleet management across private, leasing, and local government sectors. Currently managing the Mechanical and Fleet Services team at Shoalhaven City Council, she oversees a portfolio comprising 1400 assets, three workshops, and a team of 45 staff.
Kate’s focus centres on operational excellence, delivering sustainable and fit for purpose solutions, and ensuring safety within the dynamic world of fleet operations.
