Biography

Lou Boyle is the National Manager Local Government at Teletrac Navman. He joined Teletrac Navman in April 2019. He has driven the company’s focus on government and the public sector.

Prior to this, Lou was the Innovation Executive at the LGAQ for 10-years and worked with councils across the state to improve telecommunication infrastructure, technology awareness, adoption and productivity.

He has held executive positions with Telstra, including being appointed as the CEO Representative for Queensland, State Corporate Affairs Manager, and Director of Business Development.

Lou was a member of the Queensland Government’s Smart Infrastructure Task Force and a Board Member of the Australia Digital Currency Association. He was presented at International Smart City World Congress (Barcelona) and has been an Austrade delegate sharing Australian insights with European local Governments.

He has degrees in business with majors in Public Administration and Journalism and post graduate degrees in Public Relations and Information Technology. He has a Certificate from MIT in IOT-Business Implications and Opportunities.
