Biography

Melissa is the Head of Customer Solutions at LBM Fleet, an all-in-one, cloud-based, fleet management SaaS business working with organisations to reduce costs, improve driver safety and optimise fleet use. With a background in HR and finance, she brings a breadth of experience in project management, in particular in helping organisations adopt and successfully implement best-in-class technology.

Over the last 10 years she has introduced a range of organisations, their staff and their management to cloud-based systems for managing employee benefits and more recently has thrown herself into the world of fleet management – bringing a fresh perspective to this industry, determined to make the complex simple and most importantly focusing on the people management aspects in fleet.
