Biography

Rick is a skilled professional with extensive experience at senior leadership levels in production, asset maintenance, service delivery and projects. He sees himself as a collaborative leader with positive outcomes when managing people, finances, and schedules.

Rick began his career as an Electrical Fitter and Mechanic qualifications, back when the Goodies were still on the TV. Rick has devoted his career to the continual improvement of asset management and maintenance, in both fixed infrastructure and fleet.

Rick is passionate about and committed to the health and safety of all persons and workplaces, with a reputation for a high level of integrity and accountability. He enjoys working with clients and internal customers to achieve quality outcomes, understanding their problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing innovative solutions to ensure successful outcomes.

Outside of work Rick is family orientated and enjoys fishing, short break holidays and time with two granddaughters.
