As a whole-of-life fleet management expert, over the past four decades Sharon has built a reputation across the automotive industry covering retail, finance, remarketing, fleet management, and procurement.

As we move into the world of hybrid and electric vehicles, Sharon’s passion includes helping stakeholders address the challenges their organisations face. From demonstrating ROI to driver education and safety, Sharon’s attitude is all about figuring out how to make it work and staying ahead of the continuously changing landscape.

With experience in organisations including The University of Sydney, Toyota Financial Services and Insurance Australia Group, her current role at infrastructure services company Ventia sees her influence the implementation of new fleet requirements across 4,000+ assets in Australia and New Zealand.

Sharon is on the board of the Australasian Fleet Management Association, having been a member of the association for almost 30 years, and she is also the NSW Chapter Committee chair.
